Water bills are due on the 10th of each month. Bills that are not paid on or before the 10th automatically accrue a $10.00 late fee to the account. Past due accounts that are not paid by the 20th are subject to having their water cut off. If turned off, there will be a $50.00 reconnect fee added to the account. 

To pay your water bill with a credit card, you can set up automatic payments by creating an account through this website on the home page. Select "Bill Payment" then "Pay Your Bill Now" to register for a new account.

You can also pay over the phone by calling our automated  WATER PAY system: 936-229-4231. You will use your personal water account number when prompted as well as the zip code: "75904"

Checks can be mailed to us or deposited at our drive-thru "drop box" located by the front office.
